Paid PEHOA members can get discounted trash, recycling, and yard waste pickup through Republic Services (the blue trucks). Based on competing quotes, members save about $150 to $200 a year on trash and recycling, and over $65 on yard waste, compared to other local companies. That more than covers the $30 membership.

How to sign up
- Pay your $30 PEHOA membership. You must be a paid member to get these rates. Join or renew here.
- Call Republic Services at 877-698-7274. Tell them you are part of the Princeton Estates HOA account and ask for the discounted rates above.
- Pay Republic directly. Your bill comes straight from Republic by mail or email. The Republic Services app is the easiest way to manage your account.
Already on the PEHOA rate?
There is nothing you need to do with Republic. You will keep getting the PEHOA rate as long as your membership is current. We share our member list with Republic, and they can switch you to regular pricing if your membership is not verified.
Tips
- Switching from another company? Ask for a January 1 start date and have your old service stopped on December 31. Some companies hold back refunds when you switch mid-quarter.
- Need a replacement bin? The end of December, or the last week of any month, is a good time to ask. Republic can bring several bins at once.
- Holiday pickup dates, bulk pickup (couches, appliances), missed pickups, and damaged bins: use the Republic app, Republic’s website, or their customer service line.
